Stayed 1 night last October. This was an ideal stop for me in terms of a restful location along a river to unwind, and dark night skies. Cabin was very comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen that had a small refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove, plus cooking and eating utensils. You are responsible for cleaning whatever is used. A small gas heater adequately warmed the cabin. Although the bathroom was a bit chilly in the morning! Check-in and out was easy. If you are traveling through the area and want to avoid a hotel check this place out!

I almost hate to write a good review because I’d like to keep this place a secret. It’s extremely clean, super cute cabins, excellent location for both the town and the ski area - which I’d also like to keep a secret. We have stayed here probably 8 times and they have never let us down with service, amenities, and beauty.

This place is SUCH a hidden gem!! Cabins are actually cabins....not "tiny homes". The owners thought of everything, even privacy. There are mature trees all around each cabin to keep in privacy, plus you actually feel as if you're in the woods. The property has a gorgeous pavilion with really nice chairs, picnic tables, games and fire pits. A huge bonus...it's right on the Colorado river!!! Make sure to get a cabin on the river side. We booked last minute and even though the reviews were mostly good, I was a bit nervous. We had been traveling in our RV and wanted a comfy bed for a couple of nights. Wow!! The beds are VERY comfortable! And I'm picky! We almost stayed at the Sprinf resort for over $500 a night...I'm SO glad we didnt!!! We still went there to partake in the spa, etc...but coming back to the cabin was such a reprieve!! The ONLY negatives... there is NO air-conditioning. It got HOT throughout the day. There are ceiling fans throughout, but it's still hot. The windows have to be opened at night and felt great once the temp dropped, but then you HAVE to make sure and close the windows before you leave for the day, or it will be even hotter. The other "pet peeve" was there's no light in the shower....no big deal...I just like to see properly so I don't cut up my legs while shaving. All in all...this place is a 10!!!

This was a beautiful location! The cabins were next to the river with places to sit and enjoy the scenery. We were looking for dog friendly lodging and this was perfect! We had a one bedroom cabin which had plenty of room. We would stay here again!!
